At this workshop you will begin in the classroom, identifying key emotional intelligence skills. After the classroom, you will begin safety and orientation for working with the horses. With knowledge of the skills discussed in the classroom, attendees will focus on these objectives and utilize them in the arena. After being assigned teams, each group will have a horse join them. Our internationally certified Equine Assisted Learning facilitators will guide you through your course (a series of challenges and activities). Exposing opportunities to fine-tune skills in self-awareness, conflict management, negotiations, and adaptability. In the arena, each participant in the team will default to their go-to tactics in each of these areas. What this course gives you is a chance to grow in that, to pivot and adapt your strategy to what was discussed in the classroom, bettering the outcome for you, your team, and your horse. This immediate feedback is invaluable, and experiential learning is powerful in having this last when you get back to business.
